Belinda Morris teaches body movement through yoga, pilates and meditation classes at Plant Empire.

Belinda is a clinical nutritionist and movement teacher whose ultimate goal is to help people feel good in their bodies. Following a career in high impact sport and personal experiences with hormonal imbalances and adrenal fatigue, she has come to truly understand the importance of listening to the whispers in your body before they turn to shouts. Through movement, nourishment, functional medicine practices, and incorporating the subconscious mind, Belinda works to help you find your body's unique needs.
