Hoya carnosa x shepherdii 'Minibelle'
Hoyas are terrific plants for indoors or shaded spots outside. They are commonly called "wax plants" due to their bouquet-like flowers that look as though they've been carved out of wax. This rare cross between carnosa and shepherdii has thin leaves with subtle splashing and tiny (2cm) pink 'minibelle' flowers.
Hoyas can tolerate sun or shade: they will give more flowers in sun, and have nicer leaves in shade, so the optimum position will have some of both. Give these plants good drainage and let them dry out between watering, and slow watering down to a stop in the winter months when the plants are dormant.
The plants we have for sale are multi-planted in 140mm pots with stems that are 40-50cm long. We only have one of these available, so you will receive the same plant in the photo.
We deliver our plants locally and interstate, except for Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory for quarantine reasons. Local deliveries can be made most days, while plants requiring shipping are posted on Mondays to minimise the time in transit. All other items will be posted within 2 business days of receiving your order.
