Pilates (10:30am Wed 25 March)
Pilates 10:30–11:30am Wednesday with Porscha Cox.
If you practised only one form of exercise in your weekly schedule, Pilates would have to be the one to choose. Pilates is a uniquely effective form of low-impact exercise that is widely acclaimed to build core strength and, in doing so, reduce back pain, strengthen and flatten abdominal muscles and improve posture. Pilates is challenging for most people at first as you work muscles that you might not normally use; but you will very soon strengthen, adapt and learn to love Pilates from your inside out.
Join Porscha for Pilates from 10:30–11:30am every Monday Wednesday morning at Plant Empire or online. All bodies and levels of experience welcome.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, our yoga classes are currently only being livestreamed online for those who would like to join the class remotely. For the time being, participants are not able to join the class in person at our warehouse premises. You only need a phone, tablet or laptop with internet access to join the livestream. (No camera, microphone or tidy rooms are required, as you only need to see the teacher to join this class: we won't be watching you!) To join the livestream, just register for the class through our website and you will receive the login instructions by email.
