Join Belinda Morris on Friday morning for Pilates with a yogi flare. Pilates helps build the deep muscles, the ones we might not see in the mirror, but that help us in everyday life. Great for rehabilitating injuries, building long lean muscles, and creating a strong core to carry you in to a deep squat, on a long bike ride, or help keep you supported all through your life.
All bodies and levels of experience welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat, along with some extra layers if the weather is cold.
