Vinyasa Yoga Class (26 October 2019)
Vinyasa Yoga 8:30–9:30am Saturday with Belinda Morris.
Vinyasa means "one movement to one breath". While we don't always move that fast between each posture, our aim is to achieve an active flow of movement from one sequence to the next. Great for beginners, with options for intermediate and advanced practitioners for yoga, there's something for everyone to let go and flow.
All bodies and levels of experience welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat, along with some extra layers if the weather is cold.
