Yin Yoga Class (26 February 2020)
Yin Yoga 6:30–7:30pm Wednesday with Belinda Morris.
Yin is the ultimate balance to our Yang: the emptying of an overfull cup. Yin yoga is the perfect way to unwind after a long day, week or month. Come take 60 minutes to love your body up with long, restorative stretches that will unravel tension, open your body, and maybe even your mind. Improve stress, digestion, and ready yourself for your evening relaxation and sleep.
All bodies and levels of experience welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat, along with some extra layers if the weather is cold.
