Yoga for Anxiety (4 February 2020)
Yoga for Anxiety 6:30–7:30pm Tuesday with Porscha Cox.
Yoga is a simple and effective tool to help manage both mild and stronger moments of anxiety and are also helpful in alleviating the symptoms of day-to-day stress that we all experience. In this special 4-week course on Yoga for Anxiety, you will learn particular breathing styles, asanas (Yoga poses), and mindfulness techniques to help relieve an anxious and overwhelmed mind.
Every Tuesday evening for four weeks, we will flow through peaceful and calming yoga techniques that you can practice to help centre yourself in times of stress. This is a great way to discover new strategies for achieving balance and harmony and feel empowered as you step back into the working year.
