Joining Plant Empire's winter market this year is Brisbane's newest fine-dining restaurant on wheels, Da Biuso!
Be one of only twelve special guests to experience a 7-course degustation menu on Da Biuso's restaurant bus on 4 June, right in the middle of the Plant Empire Winter Market. This experience is 5-star dining in old-world style: think the Orient Express, but at Plant Empire! You might like to start your morning with a relaxed stroll around the market, then settle into the bus for a long, lazy lunch with the Biuso family looking after you.
You will be inspired by Chef Biagio Biuso's degustation menu which creatively interprets the highest quality foods and wines of the season. Your special winter dining experience includes seven small courses that celebrate classical Italian and contemporary European cuisine. You will also enjoy a range of fine wines that have been specially matched to each dish, or you can design your own wines or cocktail menu from Da Biuso's extensive selection.

Da Biuso's restaurant bus offers four tables only for this exclusive experience: two tables for two people, and two tables for four people. We've scheduled each booking 15 minutes apart to ensure that each guest at your table experiences the highest level of service and attention, which means that your reservation on the day can start as early as 11am or as late as 11:45am, allowing a full 2.5 hours to enjoy your experience. The windows on the bus will be open and you'll be able to enjoy the bustling market atmosphere and live music from the band, Folk 'n' Broken Hearted, all from your warm and cosy seat on the bus.
Choose from the following options from the drop-down list to reserve your table, or choose multiple options if you'd like to book for a larger group of 6, 8, 10 (on separate tables) - or book all 12 spots to be seated at one table. If you're booking for a larger group, please let us know as a note with your order what time you'd like to reserve.

The degustation menu for this dining experience has been designed as a fixed menu. While minor adjustments can be made to suit dietary preferences, the small size of Da Biuso's kitchen means that food cannot be prepared in separate areas, so we regret that this experience will not be suitable for people with food allergies.
